RR CPA is an accounting firm authorized to practice Public Accounting by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. The firm was established in 2007 by two brothers who were new to Canada. RR CPA practiced under a different name, CRAG, until it was approved in 2011 to practice as a professional corporation.
There are three offices in Ontario, two in Toronto and one in Mississauga. In 2014 the firm acquired JD Kozak and Associates Certified General Accountants, an accountancy firm practicing in Manitoba for over thirty years. In 2015, the firm acquired Hollis Maharaj Chartered Accountant, an accountancy firm practicing in Manitoba for over twenty-five years. Currently, our offices include five Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and one foreign trained Chartered Certified Accountant, in addition, to support staff and articling student. Each team member brings different skills from, data analysis, problem solving, process reengineering, etc.
Our focus is on people and process in driving outcomes. Developing the right teams, through team building, and by applying knowledge and experience, help us deliver the right results. We believe that the right process aid in the consistent delivery of results in an efficient and effective manner.
Since our inception the firm focus has been on process improvement. In our operation today, we employ the most appropriate technologies and automation tools to our advantage. Our proprietary process saves a considerable amount of time and cost in delivering our services.
Our clients are from various industries including, agriculture, manufacturing, medical, tech, mining, real estate and construction, not-for-profit entities and transportation.
Each sector has its own unique operational challenges, however, challenges for tax compliance and financial reporting are somewhat similar. Our focus is on the tax and financial reporting challenges. From our experience we support our clients by:

The firm employs technologies used by the larger firms to drive the desired efficiency. For data analytics we used CaseWare IDEA. We also, used a host of accounting software such as QuickBooks desktop and Online, Wave, Xero, Sage 50, Profile, etc.
Knowledge with these software is important but having the experience and proficiency is a different ball game.
